I did my homework, combed through all the reviews and found this firm to be what I exactly needed-lots of great advice, a little hand holding for me and great results! I fully won my case and the car maker, Jeep, through their parent company was required to pay me back for my payments to date, my down payment and the current value of my vehicle, paying off my loan. My issue was with a 2023 Jeep Gladiator that I purchased brand new, with the extra tow max package. The vehicle should have been able to tow up to 7500 pounds. When towing my 4100 pound camper, the transmission would not shift. Not acceptable from Jeep. The whole reason I traded in my Wrangler and upgraded to the Gladiator was the ability to tow this camper. From day 1, towing was an issue with the transmission. I dealt with Jeep on my own regarding this and received no helpful assistance from them. Extremely disappointing service and responses to the issue from Jeep. The service provided by the attorney Jonathan, and especially Alex was first rate, top notch. I have nothing but excellent reviews for both of them. Professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and excellent communication throughout. My case took a long time to get settled due to the backlog of issue with this carmaker. Alex kept me well informed throughout the process and answered every question I had along the way. She was available by phone, by text and email. She even took my call while on vacation. 😀 At the end of the process, when I was handing over the Gladiator at the dealership, there was a hiccup. I phoned the office of Jonathan and Alex and Jonathan got on the phone and pushed everything through personally. This was a very negative situation and I could not have handled it without their help. They charged a flat fee for their service and it was worth every penny. The payment to them was taken out of the proceeds from my check when I won. Easy peasey for me. They successfully got General Motors to buy back my 2024 Chevy Silverado High Country — a vehicle I had purchased over a year ago. I received my original down payment, every single car payment I had made — including interest — and GM also paid off the remaining balance on my car loan. The only costs I was responsible for were a mileage fee for the miles I had driven and the attorney’s fee, which was absolutely worth it. I spoke with several different law firms that specialize in lemon law, but many seemed more interested in collecting quick fees from the manufacturer and pushing clients to accept small cash settlements while keeping the defective vehicle — something that made no sense to me. I’m a very thorough person and asked a lot of questions upfront. Jonathan was very patient and took the time to answer each one. Client only pays if the car is returned as a lemon. Very responsive communication. Everything done online, I never even had to go to see a notary public. Other places wanted me to fill out 20 pages of nonsense and run errands for them. All he needs is your invoices after a short call and to docusign one document. Easy! I got my money back and got rid of that junk EV (yup that famous brand with the ego driven CEO on top) in a matter of weeks.Posted on Google
