Bring the year, make and model, and whatever repair orders you have. Missing paperwork is not a reason to wait — the dealership keeps copies and they can be requested.
None of this is required to book. It just makes the first call useful.
Repair orders. Every visit for the defect, with dates, mileage and the complaint as it was written by the service advisor. The wording on those documents matters more than most owners expect — a complaint recorded as "customer states noise" reads differently from one recording the specific fault.
Purchase or lease agreement. The delivery date and the state of sale decide which law applies and when the clock started running.
Days without the vehicle. A rough count is fine. Loaner paperwork and rental receipts help establish it later.
If you have none of this, book anyway. Part of what the first call does is explain how to request the records from the dealership.
